The ingredients in our mask are natural and safe, however certain scalp can be sensitive to some ingredients. Make sure to read our FAQ page to be aware on what you can expect to experience during your first few applications and to have a complete list of the ingredients.

Email us at customer@thehairfuel.com within 30 days of the receipt to find out how to send back the unused items. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, notify us immediately up to 7 days of receiving the order for a free speedy replacement. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line.

SALE AND PROMOTION ITEMS

Only regularly priced items may receive a full refund. Any items purchased at sales, promotional or otherwise discounted prices are not subject to our usual returns policy and can only receive up to a maximum amount originally paid at the point of sale subject to Terms & Conditions upon discretion to be obtained by emailing customer@thehairfuel.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have received an email confirmation from us about your refund having been processed, but it hasn’t landed in your bank account yet, please contact your bank / credit card company as it may take some time before your funds reaches you. The timeline for the processing is up to 10 working days (often sooner), depending on your bank / credit card issuer.
