I have been using your product for now 2 months, and I have to say I really like it.
I come from alopecia areata events and hair loss in general.
I know you have had problems with your stock, but I think something that could improve the delivery of your product and thus, the relation with your clients, would be to send the next box of the product more in advance, is not nice to be waiting for the product not knowing when it could be sent and if I am going to be able to put my next mask in time. You also promote that a weekly habit is very important but you do not provide the possibility. In resume, I personally think that sending the next box a week earlier than what the client should plan makes sure that is the client who can choose when to apply your product. It will also be a win-win situation, as applying your product in time makes sure the good functioning of it.

I was reading reviews online and was super sceptical, I mean how good that this ACTUALLY be… So I got myself a trial box – nice feeling on my scalp, but didn’t see much of growth after first 3 weeks: maybe 1-1.5cm extra growth, that’s all… but **really** liked how it felt on my scalp and plus it sort of made sense that hair growth takes time and regularity – so took the plunge and got myself a 3 month bundle. I’m 36 and have an under active thyroid and tried everything to this day: all the shampoos and serums that you can think of – hair was thin and barely grew. Almost 3 months later, I can’t believe that I found something that delivers what it says it would… I’m about to repurchase a 3 months bundle again and I think my hair is addicted 😀

I bought my first 3-months suscription in August 2019 when the brand was first launched. I then started using it in October. I had just undergone surgery to remove what we learned afterwads to be a cancerous tumor, which meant I had a very crappy immune system at the time and very low morale. Taking the time each week to take care of myself was already a great improvement and I became quickly addicted to it. It became even more pleasant when I noticed after only 2-3 weeks that my hair loss wass considerably reduced. And again after a couple months, when I remembered to measure my hair, when I found out it had grown noticeably despite my bad immunity. Finally, I noticed my my scalp psoriasis was much les that I expected it to be in such stressful times. I don’t especially enjoy talking publicly about my health issues but it seems to me it gives even more credit to a product I basically bought just because of the promise of growing my hair better. Not only has this promise been kept but I enjoyed the effects and the routine so much I bought it three times in total so far and definitely intend to buy it again. When I’m using The Hair Fuel I use the resting time to relax, have a face mask, do my nails… It’s really good to actually have it on my schedule and make the most of it. I’ve been recommending it all around to people wanting to grow their hair or reduce significatively their hair loss – which is easy to do too because it’s all natural and vegan, which means it makes everyone happy. Finally, I want to give all my thumbs up to the people in that company who seem to work hard to give excellent customer service. Whether by email or on social networks, they always take the time to find the answer one needs and they do so most pleasantly. I can only recommend one last time this excellent product to anyone who’d be thinking about getting it. Sure, it’s not cheap (but great product never is, it’s the price to pay to not put crappy stuff in/on your body) but it will replace all hair products (except for the obvious shampoo and hair conditioner) in your bathroom and even doing it three months a year will improve your hair greatly enough that you won’t feel you need to buy anything else.
